1. 21-40 years old
2. Experience in ERP implementation, at least 1 years
3. Fluent in written and spoken English
4. D3/S1 (IT graduate is a plus)
5. Understand business processes and has a good analytic skill
6. Strong communication skills with external and internal stakeholders
7. Understands project management
